Real Human Reviews shares consumer product testing by actual people. Our accomplished writers have experience covering products at many of the top outlets on the web, including WIRED, The Verge, Digital Trends, Business Insider, and others. On Editorial Independence:

While we do accept sample products for testing, we maintain our editorial independence. We’ll never tell you something about a product that we don’t actually think, and we will never be paid directly by brands to promote specific products without transparent disclosures. We often buy and test our own personal products, and will tell you when that is the case. 

Generally, you should know how we got something, how long we tested it, and how good it is. Our goal is to help you find consumer products that are high quality, fit your needs, and will last for many years without disappointment, not to make the most amount of money possible.

On the use of AI:

None of the creative or human aspects of our content were generated using AI. That means no writing, graphics, music, or videos were made using generative AI. We do use some AI tools built into modern software, namely basic video editing and web design tools, and also use basic copy editing tools to check grammar and spelling (but not to change things without human oversight or to generate text). These are the same tools virtually every modern outlet is also using behind the scenes, and we feel it makes Real Human Reviews a better experience for our readers and viewers. Hopefully, it looks and feels as though everything you’re reading or seeing was shot, said, drawn, or written by a real human, because it was!
